Ancestral Healing is a powerful and transformative journey of release and renewal. These sessions create a sacred space to explore inherited beliefs, ancestral imprints, energetic entanglements, and generational trauma that may be unconsciously shaping your life. Both traditional and modern-day shaman and healers know that ancestral trauma is stored in the body, especially our bones, as emotional and energetic imprints that influence our health and behaviors. Healing these traumas involves recognizing and releasing generational patterns, which can help restore balance and well-being. As you heal these unresolved stories, you begin to free yourself, your ancestors, and your descendants from limiting family cycles and soul contracts.
In an Ancestral Healing session, we’ll carefully explore the inherited influences and family patterns connected to your intention. Using practices such as guided visualization, shamanic journeying, energetic clearing, breath work, intuitive insights, and trauma-informed support, we'll invite healing and reconciliation in a multidimensional manner across space and time.

My own healing journey was initiated by a profound dream more than twenty-five years ago. Since then, dreaming has remained a sacred part of my life ... a gateway through which I’ve received deep insight, healing, and spiritual guidance. It was in the dreamworld that my ancestors and guides first appeared, gently showing me the way forward.
