There are moments in life that quietly change everything.

Sometimes they arrive through heartbreak, loss, trauma, or the slow unraveling of an identity we once believed defined us. Other times, they emerge through dreams, synchronicities, encounters with the unseen, or an undeniable inner knowing that there is more to this human experience than what we can physically see.

For me, the path toward healing, awakening, and soul remembrance has not been linear. It has unfolded through more than thirty years of deep personal healing work, spiritual exploration, intuitive development, and walking alongside others as they navigated their own journeys through pain, transformation, and rebirth.

This blog is an extension of that journey.

Why I Created This Space

I wanted a place to share reflections from my own awakening, insights gathered through years of supporting friends, family, and clients, and the profound wisdom I have gained through my service work with Galactic Astrology, ancestral healing, dream exploration, soul-centered coaching, and the study of recurring patterns woven throughout the human experience.

My Path to This Unique Work

As a teenager, I had an extraordinary encounter that awakened a lifelong curiosity about consciousness, the cosmos, and the unseen dimensions of reality. That experience stayed with me for years and eventually became one of many threads guiding me deeper into spiritual study, intuitive work, healing practices, and exploration of my deeper soul self.

At the same time, my personal life required me to confront profound emotional wounds and cycles of trauma that shaped much of my early journey.

Healing became more than an interest. It became a necessity!

Over the decades, I immersed myself in transformational practices, trauma healing modalities, dream work, spiritual teachings, ancestral healing, hypnotherapy, and my own intuitive development. What began as a personal search for understanding gradually evolved into a calling to support others navigating their own healing and awakening process.

Today, my work weaves together both grounded emotional healing and multidimensional spiritual insight. I believe true transformation happens when we honor both our human self and our soul self.

While some posts will focus on themes of healing and expanding consciousness, in others I'll share true, inspirational stories, provide updates on courses & retreats I'm developing, share creative projects, poetry, and a sprinkling of soul-nourishing recipes here and there.

A Gentle Invitation

My hope is that this space offers not only insight, but also compassion.

A reminder that healing is rarely linear.

That awakening often asks us to release what no longer aligns.

That the soul speaks through symbols, emotions, dreams, synchronicities, and the deeper wisdom of the body.

And perhaps most importantly ... that even within our intense struggles, there is meaning woven throughout the journey.
